Patek Philippe Grand Complications 5271P-010 is a chronograph in platinum, its case measuring 41 mm across and 12.7 mm thick. The watch is set with diamonds, including one positioned at six o'clock against the lacquered black dial. A sapphire crystal caseback exposes the manual-winding calibre CH 29-535 PS Q, which drives a perpetual calendar with moon phase alongside the chronograph function. Small seconds and a tachymeter scale round out the dial layout, with day, month and leap year shown through apertures. The watch is fitted to a black alligator leather strap with a platinum folding clasp, itself set with diamonds. Patek Philippe rates the case to 30 metres.
