Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5270P-016 is a chronograph in a platinum case measuring 41 mm across. The case stands 12.4 mm thick, with two-tier lugs and a diamond set at six o'clock. The manual-winding calibre CH 29-535 PS Q drives a perpetual calendar alongside the chronograph, with day, month, leap year and day/night shown in apertures and the date by hand, plus moon phases and small seconds. A sapphire crystal closes the case back, showing the movement. The dial is black with a tachymeter scale for use with the chronograph.
