How does the Chrono24 XML feed integration work?

WatchTraderHub generates a private XML feed containing your inventory in Chrono24's required format. You provide this feed URL to Chrono24, and they import it every 12-24 hours. We host the feed securely with password protection or IP whitelisting for Chrono24-only access.

Can I set different prices for Chrono24?

Yes. Set a default markup percentage for your Chrono24 feed, say 5% to cover their fees, while your base prices stay unchanged in the system.

What happens when a watch sells on Chrono24?

When you mark a watch as sold in WatchTraderHub, it's immediately removed from your XML feed. However, since Chrono24 only imports feeds once every 12-24 hours, the listing will remain visible on their platform until their next import cycle. This delay is a Chrono24 limitation, not ours. For that window we strongly advise also taking the listing down manually in your Chrono24 account, so a second buyer cannot purchase a watch you no longer have.

Can I list spare parts and accessories on Chrono24 too?

Yes. Spare parts you enroll for Chrono24 go into the same feed as accessory listings. Straps, bezels, dials, complete movements, and the rest map to Chrono24's own accessory categories, with manufacturer, condition, price, description, and photos carried over. Chrono24 asks for one photo minimum on accessories, against three for watches.

What watch details are included in the XML feed?

The full spec sheet: brand, model, reference number, condition, price, description, year, box and papers status, case material and size, dial color, movement type, bracelet details, crystal type, bezel material, clasp details, water resistance, complications, and your uploaded photos (minimum 3 required).

Is there a limit to how many watches I can sync?

The feed carries every eligible watch in your plan. Plans cap listed inventory at 50 watches on Starter, 100 on Pro, and 250 on Business, and Chrono24 applies its own subscription limits on their side. The XML generation itself handles any of those sizes without slowing down.

How quickly do changes appear on Chrono24?

Your XML feed updates instantly when you make changes in WatchTraderHub. However, Chrono24 only imports feeds once every 12-24 hours according to their schedule. This import frequency is determined by Chrono24 and cannot be increased. Plan your updates accordingly.

Chrono24 imports feeds on its own 12-24 hour cycle, and that frequency cannot be increased from either side. What we control, we make instant: your feed reflects every edit the moment you save it, and a sold watch leaves the feed immediately. Until Chrono24's next import runs, we strongly advise delisting a sold watch manually on their side as well, so it cannot sell twice.

First setup is manual on Chrono24's end: you email them the feed URL and they add it to their system, usually within 1-3 business days.
