Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5270J-001 is a 41 mm yellow gold chronograph with a perpetual calendar. The case measures 12.4 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over a silver dial with baton-style markers. Inside is the manual-winding calibre CH 29-535 PS Q, which combines the chronograph function with a full perpetual calendar, moon phase and small seconds. Day and month appear in a double aperture at 12 o'clock, with date shown by a hand at 6. A sapphire crystal case back exposes the movement's finishing. The watch is fitted to an alligator leather strap with a yellow gold folding clasp. Water resistance stands at 30 metres.
