Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5271/11P-010 is a chronograph in a 41 mm platinum case, set with diamonds. The case measures 12.7 mm thick and the display back is fitted with sapphire crystal, showing the movement from behind. Inside is the manual-winding calibre CH 29-535 PS Q, combining a chronograph with instantaneous 30-minute counter and a perpetual calendar showing day, month, leap year and day/night in apertures. A moon phase and small seconds complete the dial, with the date shown by hand. The dial itself sits under a sapphire crystal. The watch is fitted to a black alligator leather strap closed by a folding clasp in platinum. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
