Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5271/12P-010 is a chronograph with a 41 mm platinum case. The case measures 12.7 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over the dial as well as a sapphire display back. Inside, the manual-winding calibre CH 29-535 PS Q drives the chronograph function alongside a perpetual calendar with moon phase and small seconds. Baguette-cut rubies set the lugs, and the same stones appear on the platinum folding clasp. The dial is lacquered red with a black-gradient rim, and the hour markers and hands are faceted white gold. A shiny black alligator leather strap with red stitching completes the piece. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
