Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5270/1R-001 is a chronograph in rose gold measuring 41 mm across and 12.4 mm thick. The polished case has two-tier lugs and a sapphire crystal, with a sapphire display back over the movement. Inside is the manual-winding calibre CH 29-535 PS Q, pairing a chronograph with a perpetual calendar. Day, month, leap year and day/night show in apertures, the date runs by hand at six o'clock, and a moon phase display and small seconds round out the layout. The ebony black sunburst dial carries a printed tachymeter scale and rose gold hour markers. A rose gold Goutte bracelet with a folding clasp completes the watch, which stays water resistant to 30 metres.
