Patek Philippe's Complications 4946R-001 is a women's annual calendar in rose gold measuring 38 mm across. The case stands 11 mm thick and pairs with a sapphire crystal over a display back that shows the movement. Inside is the self-winding calibre 26-330 S QA LU, giving 35 hours of power reserve and driving the annual calendar mechanism that needs only one correction a year. The brown dial, finished with a satin-brushed "shantung" pattern, carries day, month and date indications along with a moon phase display at six o'clock. Rose gold leaf-shaped hands with luminous coating sit above rose gold applied numerals. A chestnut calfskin strap with a denim pattern closes on a rose gold pin buckle. The case is water resistant to 30 metres.
