Inventory

Every watch you own, in one place

Import a verified reference and the spec sheet fills itself. Five statuses from draft to archived, and one listing synced to Chrono24, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, and your own website. Your stock stops living in a spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet stops scaling

01

Retyping the same Submariner

Every 16610 that crosses your desk means the same forty spec fields typed again: once into the sheet, then once into every marketplace form.

02

Sold, but still listed

The watch left on Tuesday. The listing survived the weekend, and now a buyer is asking about stock you no longer have.

03

The drawer nobody can search

You know the watch is here somewhere. Which drawer, what you paid, and whether the papers are with it lives in your head, and only in yours.

Database import

Start from a verified reference, not a blank form

The slowest part of listing a watch is describing a watch the world has already described. Search the reference, click Import to Inventory, and the spec sheet is done before the watch is out of its pouch.

  • Clone any of the 5,037 verified references in one click
  • Case, movement, bracelet, and complications arrive already filled
  • Reference not in the database? AI research drafts the specs from the web
  • You add what is yours: condition, price, photos
  • Around 60 fields per watch, without typing 60 fields

Lifecycle

Five statuses, and the channels follow

Status is not a label, it is an instruction to your channels. Mark a watch sold and it comes off every marketplace it was listed on. The sold-but-still-listed email stops arriving.

  • Draft, published, reserved, sold, archived
  • Photos carry public or internal visibility, so condition shots for your own records never reach a listing
  • Reserve a watch for a client and it delists from your channels; release it and the listings restore
  • A needs-attention queue surfaces listings that are missing something before buyers notice

Labels and scanning

A barcode on every watch in the safe

Every watch gets a stock number, every stock number gets a label, and any phone camera pulls the watch up in seconds. The drawer nobody could search becomes a drawer you scan.

  • Data Matrix codes of the bare stock number
  • 9 printer presets: Brother, DYMO, Zebra, the Zebra rat-tail jewelry tag, and four Niimbot sizes including the jewelry dumbbell
  • Custom label sizes from 10 to 200 mm
  • Camera scanning on iOS Safari and Android Chrome, no scanner hardware

Spare parts

Parts run as a parallel inventory

The parts drawer deserves the same treatment as the safe. Parts live alongside your watches with their own numbers and labels, and the import wizard brings an existing list in from a spreadsheet without losing the numbering you already use.

  • Straps, bezels, dials, and movements with their own stock numbers, photos, and statuses
  • Import wizard for CSV and Excel: preview first, commit second
  • Per-row errors shown before anything is written
  • Existing stock numbers are kept; your manual numbering wins
