OMEGA Speedmaster '57

The Omega Speedmaster '57, reference 332.12.41.51.03.001, is a chronograph with a 40.5 mm steel case. The case measures 12.99 mm thick with a lug-to-lug span of 49.64 mm. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides covers the blue dial. Inside runs the manual-winding calibre 9906, a Master Chronometer movement certified by METAS with resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss and a 60-hour power reserve. The chronograph adds small seconds and a date function, and the caseback is transparent. A blue non-grained calf leather strap closes with a steel pin buckle. The pin buckle secures a case built to withstand 50 metres of water resistance.
