OMEGA Speedmaster '57

Omega's Speedmaster '57, reference 332.10.41.51.01.001, is a chronograph with a 40.5 mm steel case. The case measures 12.99 mm thick and 49.64 mm lug to lug, with a black dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal treated on both sides against reflection. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 9906, a Master Chronometer movement with column wheel, Co-Axial escapement and silicon balance spring, resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. Two barrels mounted in series give a power reserve of 60 hours. Beyond the chronograph function, the watch adds a date display, small seconds and a tachymeter scale, and the caseback is transparent. The steel bracelet closes with a foldover clasp that has a comfort setting. Water resistance reaches 50 metres.
