OMEGA Speedmaster '57

The Omega Speedmaster '57, reference 332.10.41.51.10.001, is a chronograph with a 40.5 mm steel case. It measures 12.99 mm thick and 49.64 mm lug to lug, with a green dial under a sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The manual-winding calibre 9906 has a column wheel and Co-Axial escapement, resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. It holds Master Chronometer certification and runs on two barrels mounted in series for 60 hours of power reserve. Beyond the chronograph function, the watch adds a date display, small seconds counter and tachymeter scale, with the movement visible through a transparent caseback. A steel bracelet closes with a foldover clasp with comfort setting, and that same clasp helps hold the case to its 50 metre rating.
