OMEGA 9908

The Omega caliber 9908 is a manual-winding chronograph movement introduced in 2021. It features a column wheel chronograph system and Co-Axial escapement, with 44 jewels beating at 28,800 vph. The movement includes a silicon balance-spring and twin barrels mounted in series, certified as a Master Chronometer with resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. It is manufactured in-house by Omega in Switzerland and powers the Speedmaster Chronoscope collection.
