Blancpain Bathyscaphe

Blancpain's Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe, reference 5000 0153 B52A, is a dive watch with a 43 mm ceramic case. The case measures 13.5 mm thick, with a lug width of 23 mm. A unidirectional rotating bezel surrounds the sunburst green dial, which sits under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 1315, running with a power reserve of 120 hours. The dial pairs central seconds with a date window at the edge of the display. Blancpain fits the watch to a sail-canvas strap in textile, closed with a pin buckle. The case carries a 300 metre water resistance rating, well suited to its diving purpose.
