Blancpain Ladybird Ultraplate

Blancpain's Ladybird Ultraplate, reference 0063A 2954 63A, has a red gold case measuring 21.5 mm across. The case stands 8.2 mm thick, with a lug width of 11 mm suited to its small proportions. A sapphire crystal covers the mother-of-pearl dial, which is set with diamonds. Inside is the self-winding calibre 615, offering 38 hours of power reserve and a central seconds display. The dial's diamond setting gives the watch a dressy, feminine character without adding any further complication. A calf leather strap closes with a pin buckle. Water resistance is modest here: the case is rated to 30 metres, enough for accidental splashes rather than swimming.
