Swiss ébauche movement manufacturer founded in 2001, successor to France-Ebauche tradition, specializing in quartz and mechanical movements, now acquired by Soprod.

Technotime SA was founded in 2001 in La Chaux-de-Fonds as a successor to the French-Swiss France-Ebauche tradition for quartz and mechanical movements. The company began producing quartz movements and shifted to high-end mechanical calibers by 2003, earning its first COSC certification in 2010 for quality and precision. The company inherited expertise from France-Ebauche, known for reliable movements, and initially manufactured many components in-house. Technotime developed movements including the TT 718, known for in-house hairsprings. The company was later acquired by Soprod, a Swiss movement manufacturer part of the Festina Group, which continues producing certain Technotime calibers. Technotime had Asian majority ownership during its independent period before Soprod acquisition.
