Jean-Marc Wiederrecht and his wife Catherine founded Agenhor in 1996. The Geneva workshop develops complication modules and complete movements, including the central-display AgenGraphe chronograph. It designs calibres and prototypes mechanisms in-house, sources components from Swiss partners and assembles, decorates, regulates and tests movements in its own workshop. MELB Luxe acquired a minority stake in 2023, while the Wiederrecht family retained the large majority of the business. Official commercial-register publications document the 2023 capital increase and board changes and a move to Rue de la Bergère in Meyrin in 2025. The minority investment does not make MELB Luxe a controlling parent.
