Dennison

Aaron Lufkin Dennison, co-founder of Waltham and an important figure in American watchmaking, established the Dennison Watch Case Company in Britain. The company became known for patented air-tight and water-tight case designs and for producing cases for major watch names during the 20th century. The original business closed in 1967. The modern revival was led by Toby Sutton, Stéphane Cheikh and designer Emmanuel Gueit through a Geneva-based company, with the A.L.D. collection relaunching the name in 2024.
