Airain Watches

Airain's official site says Montres Airain was originally founded by the Dodane family in 1934 and became known for reliable timepieces including the Type 20 chronograph supplied to the French Army in the 1950s and 1960s. The official about page says the current team acquired Airain after relaunching sister brand Lebois & Co in 2014, reuniting the brands under CDMLEC. The contact page identifies Airain as a brand of CDMLEC at a Reuver, Netherlands address, while the homepage describes modern watches as crafted in the heart of Switzerland and produced to Swiss standards. Because modern watches are Swiss Made but owned manufacture is not supported, manufacturing is classified as assembler.
