Vacheron Constantin's Traditionnelle perpetual calendar ultra-thin, reference 4305T/000R-B947, measures 36.5 mm across in rose gold. The case is 8.43 mm thick, slim enough to sit close to the wrist despite the complication inside. A sapphire crystal covers the white dial, and the caseback is also sapphire, showing the movement beneath. That movement is the self-winding calibre 1120 QP, carrying the Geneva Seal and running with 40 hours of power reserve.
