Vacheron Constantin's Historiques American 1921, reference 1100S/000R-H115, comes in a 36.5 mm rose gold case with the distinctive diagonal, crown-left layout the 1921 original is known for. The case measures 7.41 mm thick and carries the Hallmark of Geneva, marking it out for quality of finish and construction. A sapphire crystal covers the grained silver dial, with small seconds set into the design. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 4400 AS, offering 65 hours of power reserve.
