The Vacheron Constantin Overseas quartz 1225V/200A-B590 measures 33 mm across in steel. The case stands 7.68 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over a blue dial. Inside is the quartz calibre 1207, with 39 parts and 7 jewels, driving central seconds and a date at 3 o'clock. Diamonds set around the case catch the light against the blue lacquer, and the hour markers and hands are treated with luminous material for legibility. A steel bracelet completes the watch, closed by a folding clasp in matching steel. The case is water resistant to 50 metres.
