The Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, reference 4300V/220G-B945, is a 41.5mm round white gold case with a blue dial and sapphire crystal. It is fitted with the automatic Vacheron Constantin calibre 1120 QP/1 and carries a perpetual calendar function displaying date, month, year and moon phase.
