Vacheron Constantin's Overseas perpetual calendar ultra-thin, reference 4300V/220R-B509, measures 41.5 mm across in rose gold. The case stands 8.1 mm thick and pairs with a sapphire crystal over a sunburst blue dial. Inside, the self-winding calibre 1120 QP/1 carries the Genevian Seal and runs with a 40-hour power reserve. The watch is a perpetual calendar, tracking date, weekday and month along with a moon phase display showing two gold moons against a starry blue sky, all accurate until 2100. Hands and indices carry luminous treatment for legibility in low light. A sapphire display back exposes the movement.
