Vacheron Constantin's Patrimony perpetual calendar ultra-thin, reference 43175/000R-B519, measures 41 mm across in rose gold. The case is 8.91 mm thick, slim for a watch carrying a full perpetual calendar. It runs on the self-winding calibre 1120 QP, which bears the Hallmark of Geneva and carries a 40-hour power reserve. A sapphire crystal covers the blue dial, and a sapphire caseback on the reverse shows the movement. The perpetual calendar tracks date, weekday, month and leap year, with a moon phase set at the centre of the dial. The watch is fitted to an alligator leather strap with a folding clasp in rose gold. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
