The Vacheron Constantin Patrimony perpetual calendar ultra-thin, reference 43175/000R-9687, has a 41 mm rose gold case measuring 8.91 mm thick. The white dial sits under a sapphire crystal and is paired with a self-winding calibre 1120 QP, one of the thinner perpetual calendar movements in the collection. The perpetual calendar tracks the date, weekday and month, and the display also carries a moon phase with two gold moons against a starry field. Vacheron Constantin's movement carries the Hallmark of Geneva. A sapphire caseback shows the mechanism from behind.
