Vacheron Constantin Égérie moon phase

Vacheron Constantin's Égérie moon phase, reference 8006F/000G-B499, is a women's watch in white gold measuring 37 mm across and 10.53 mm thick. The watch is set with diamonds and shows a moon phase display between 1 and 2 o'clock, where mother-of-pearl moons appear behind sapphire crystal clouds. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and a transparent sapphire caseback shows the self-winding calibre 1088 L, which runs with a 40 hour power reserve. Central seconds complete the display. The watch is fitted to a dark blue calf leather strap on a white gold pin buckle. Water resistance is modest here: the case holds to a rating of 30 metres.
