Vacheron Constantin Égérie moon phase

Vacheron Constantin's Égérie moon phase, reference 8005F/000R-H157, comes in an 18K rose gold case measuring 37 mm across and 10.23 mm thick. The pink mother-of-pearl dial has a pleated pattern echoing a couture fabric, with a moon phase display surrounded by 36 diamonds set into the dial. A sapphire crystal covers the front, and the same crystal appears in the display back, showing off the self-winding calibre 1088 L with its 40-hour power reserve. Central seconds and the limited edition status, one of 100 pieces, round out the notable points. The watch is fitted to a calfskin strap secured by a rose gold pin buckle. Water resistance stays modest, rated to 30 metres.
