Ulysse Nardin Freak X Ti Blue

Ulysse Nardin's Freak X Ti Blue, reference 2303-270/03, has a titanium case measuring 43 mm across. The case measures 13.38 mm thick and carries a blue PVD finish. A sapphire crystal covers the case, and the movement itself forms the display, since the Freak dispenses with a conventional dial and hands. The self-winding calibre UN-230 drives the flying carrousel, the mechanism that rotates to indicate the time, and stores 72 hours of power reserve. This carrousel construction remains the signature complication of the Freak line. An alligator leather strap fits to the case. Water resistance is set at 50 metres, modest but consistent with a watch built around its movement rather than for diving.
