Ulysse Nardin Freak X OPS

Ulysse Nardin's Freak X OPS, reference 2303-270-2A-KAKI/0A, has a 43 mm case in titanium and carbon composite. The case measures 13.38 mm thick, a solid presence on the wrist without excess bulk. The dial and hour and minute indications are carried by the movement's flying carousel construction rather than a conventional dial and hands, a signature of the Freak line. Inside is the self-winding calibre UN-230, running with a silicon escapement and holding 72 hours of power reserve. A sapphire crystal covers the case. The strap is cloth with a hook-and-loop fastener, in keeping with the model's utilitarian tone. Water resistance reaches 50 metres, adequate for daily wear but not for diving.
