Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R-010 is a perpetual calendar watch with a 36 mm rose gold case. The case measures 9.95 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over the caseback. The dial is finished in sunburst olive green, with applied rose gold numerals and rounded baton hands showing white luminescent coating. Inside is the self-winding calibre 240 Q, an ultra-thin movement with an off-centre minirotor and a power reserve of 38 to 48 hours. Beyond the perpetual calendar, showing day, date, month and leap year by hands, the watch adds a moon phase display at 6 o'clock. It closes on a rose gold bracelet with a folding clasp, also in rose gold. The case holds a water resistance rating of 30 metres.
