Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 7140R-001 is a rose gold perpetual calendar measuring 35.1 mm across and 8.55 mm thick. The watch is set with diamonds, and the silvery sunburst dial carries rose gold applied numerals and leaf-shaped hands. Inside is the self-winding calibre 240 Q, an ultra-thin movement with a 22K gold off-centre minirotor and a power reserve of 38 to 48 hours. Alongside the perpetual calendar, the watch shows moon phases, with day, date, month and leap year indicated by hands. A sapphire crystal covers the display back, showing the movement. The alligator leather strap closes with a rose gold pin buckle also set with diamonds. Water resistance stands at 30 metres.
