Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 7140G-001 is a women's perpetual calendar in a white gold case measuring 35.1 mm across and 8.55 mm thick. It is set with diamonds, and the white gold pin buckle carries diamonds as well. A sapphire crystal covers the silver sunburst dial and also forms the display back, showing the self-winding calibre 240 Q with its off-centre minirotor. Beyond the perpetual calendar, the movement tracks the date, weekday, month and moon phase. Power reserve runs to a minimum of 38 hours. The watch is fitted to an alligator leather strap. Patek Philippe rates the case to 30 metres of water resistance.
