Rolex 780

Caliber 780 is an automatic movement manufactured by Rolex and introduced in 1952. It operates at 18,000 vibrations per hour and belongs to the 7xx caliber family. Notably, this was one of Rolex's early in-house chronograph movements, featuring a day, date, and moonphase complication. The caliber was used in the reference 6062 chronograph, one of the brand's most celebrated vintage references. Production has been discontinued.
