Rolex 745

The Rolex caliber 745 is an automatic movement introduced in 1952, belonging to the 7xx family of in-house Rolex movements. It operates at 18,000 vph and was featured in the Reference 6039 Date model, one of Rolex's early automatic date wristwatches. The caliber represents an early iteration in Rolex's development of self-winding movements with quick-change date mechanisms. Production was discontinued.
