Kudoke

Kudoke is a German independent watch brand founded in 2004 by Stefan Kudoke in Karlsruhe. Stefan Kudoke is one of the youngest watchmakers in Germany to earn the prestigious Meisterbrief (master craftsman certificate) at just 22 years old. He began his career working for well-known German watch brands in Glashütte before deciding to become an independent master watchmaker. Kudoke is renowned for its distinctive interpretation of traditional craftsmanship, with all watches featuring high hand-finishing of components. The brand gained international recognition when the Kudoke 2 won the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) in the Petite Aiguille category in 2019, making Stefan Kudoke the first independent watchmaker from Germany to receive this honor. Their in-house Kaliber 1 movement serves as the foundation of the HANDwerk collection. The brand emphasizes 'Handwerk' (handcraft) and conscious deceleration of time.
