Kerbedanz was founded in Neuchâtel in 2011 by Aram Petrosyan and Kalust Zorik. Its legal operating entity, Kerbedanz SA, was entered in the Swiss commercial register in September 2011. The company began with bespoke work, presented its first public collection at Baselworld in 2014, and launched the Maximus in 2017. Kerbedanz develops its own movements and produces numerous watch components in-house; its current portfolio includes the Maximus GR8, Maxima GR8, Maxspor GR8, and 65'27'' collections.
