In recent decades, the brand operated as a subsidiary of the Sowind Group alongside Girard-Perregaux, focusing on sport-luxury watches with distinctive designs. The brand is now effectively dormant, with its website redirecting to Girard-Perregaux and no new collections being produced under the JeanRichard name.
