Czapek & Cie is a revived Swiss luxury watch brand originally founded in 1845 by François Czapek, who was once the partner of Antoni Patek before Patek Philippe existed. The modern brand was resurrected in 2015 through an unprecedented equity crowdfunding campaign that raised over 2 million CHF from more than 100 watch enthusiasts. The brand honors its historical legacy while creating modern timepieces with proprietary movements like the SXH1 and in-house SXH5. Czapek won the Public Prize at the 2016 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève and opened its own manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 2022.
