Vladimir Victor Négault founded Ataelier Haute Complication in Geneva in 2018 after working with F.P. Journe on visualisation and movement research and development. The sole proprietorship is registered as NEGAULT ATAELIER HAUTE COMPLICATION. Its first model, the manually wound Dual Time, was launched in 2022. Production was organised with Frédéric Leuba in Fribourg. Specialist reporting describes an original movement built in-house while retaining selected running-gear and balance components from the ETA/Peseux 7001. The catalogue also presents a striking tourbillon with a half-hour reminder; advertised plans are not treated here as proof of delivered series production.
