Vacheron Constantin Patrimony self-winding

Vacheron Constantin's Patrimony self-winding, reference 85180/000R-H116, is a 40 mm rose gold model made for the Maison's 270th anniversary. The case measures 8.65 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over a silver dial patterned after a Maltese cross. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2450 Q6/270, certified with the Genevian Seal and offering 40 hours of power reserve. Central seconds and a date aperture round out the display, and the sapphire caseback lets the movement show through. This is a limited edition, one of 370 pieces made. The watch is fitted to an alligator leather strap with a rose gold pin buckle. Water resistance sits at a modest 30 metres.
