Vacheron Constantin Patrimony self-winding

Vacheron Constantin's Patrimony self-winding, reference 85180/000G-H035, is a 40 mm white gold model made for the Maison's 270th anniversary. The case measures 8.65 mm thick and carries a silver dial with a Maltese cross pattern and a date aperture at 6 o'clock. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and a matching crystal caseback shows the movement. The watch runs on the self-winding calibre reference 2450 Q6/270, which delivers 40 hours of power reserve and carries the Hallmark of Geneva. Limited to 370 pieces, it adds a central seconds function alongside the time and date display. It is fitted to an alligator leather strap with a white gold pin buckle. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
