Vacheron Constantin's Historiques Cornes de Vache 1955, reference 5000H/000A-B582, comes in a 38.5 mm steel case. The case measures 10.9 mm thick, with a sapphire crystal front and back. The manual-winding calibre 1142 drives the movement, offering 48 hours of power reserve and carrying the Hallmark of Geneva. This is a chronograph, with small seconds set apart from the chronograph counters on the white dial.
