The Historiques 222 (reference 4200H/222J-B935) carries the Poinçon de Genève, a hallmark introduced by the Republic and Canton of Geneva in 1886 to certify watchmaking quality and craftsmanship. The 37mm round case is made of yellow gold and features a rotating bezel, a screw-down crown, and a sapphire display back with 50m water resistance. It houses the automatic Vacheron Constantin calibre 2455/2, which provides a 40-hour power reserve and drives a date function on a champagne dial.
