Vacheron Constantin Égérie self-winding

The Vacheron Constantin Égérie self-winding, reference 4605F/110R-B496, measures 35 mm across in rose gold. The case stands 9.32 mm thick and is fitted with a sapphire crystal, with the movement visible through a sapphire caseback. Inside is the self-winding calibre 1088, running with 40 hours of power reserve. The opaline dial has a pleated pattern and carries an off-centre date ring set with diamonds, with central seconds displayed alongside. Gemstones appear elsewhere on the dial as well. A rose gold bracelet completes the watch, closing with a folding clasp in matching rose gold. Water resistance stands at 30 metres, enough for everyday wear.
