Vacheron Constantin Egérie self-winding

Vacheron Constantin's Égérie self-winding, reference 4605F/110A-B495, has a 35 mm steel case measuring 9.32 mm thick. This is a women's watch from the Égérie collection, built around an opaline dial with a pleated pattern. The dial carries an off-centred date alongside central seconds, and the watch is set with diamonds. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and a transparent sapphire caseback shows the movement beneath. That movement is the self-winding calibre 1088, running at 40 hours of power reserve. The watch comes on a steel bracelet closed by a triple folding clasp in steel. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres, modest but typical for a dress piece of this kind.
