Ulysse Nardin's Freak X Grey, reference 2323-500-1A/0A, has a steel case measuring 41 mm across. It stands 13.6 mm thick and pairs a technical build with genuine wearability. The sapphire crystal sits over a dial-less display, since the Freak's movement itself functions as the indication system, rotating as a flying carousel around its own axis. Inside is the self-winding calibre UN-232, with a silicon oversized balance wheel, a DIAMonSIL escapement and a rose gold micro-rotor, giving 72 hours of power reserve. Hours and minutes are the only functions, read directly from the rotating movement rather than conventional hands. The watch is fitted to a calf leather strap. Water resistance reaches 100 metres.
