Ulysse Nardin Freak S ENAMEL

Ulysse Nardin's Freak S Enamel, reference 2513-500LE-3AE-TUR/3A, has a titanium case measuring 45 mm across. The case stands 16.65 mm thick and sits under a sapphire crystal. Rather than a conventional dial, the whole movement rotates as a flying carousel, with the hours and minutes told from its own rotating axis. Two oscillators, inclined at 20 degrees and fitted with silicon balance wheels, drive the display in place of a standard gear train. The self-winding UN-251 calibre delivers 72 hours of power reserve and is finished with a vertical differential on ball bearings. This edition is part of a limited run of 50 pieces, paired with a rubber strap. Ulysse Nardin rates the titanium case to 30 metres of water resistance.
