Ulysse Nardin Blast Tourbillon

Ulysse Nardin's Blast Tourbillon, reference 1725-400-3A/3A, has a 45 mm case in titanium and gold. The case measures 12.6 mm thick and the dial sits under a sapphire crystal. Self-winding, it runs on the calibre UN-172, a movement with 72 hours of power reserve and a flying tourbillon visible through the blue dial. The tourbillon is the standout complication here, given prominent placement against the case's architecture. A velvet rubber strap closes the watch on the wrist. Titanium and gold together give the case its weight and colour contrast without adding bulk. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres, adequate for daily wear rather than diving.
