The Ulysse Nardin Blast Tourbillon, reference 1723-400-3B/00, has a 45 mm titanium and ceramic case, a flying tourbillon and a rubber strap. At 12.6 mm thick, the case has a sapphire crystal over the display. Self-winding calibre UN-172 operates at 18,000 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of 72 hours, a silicon escapement and 25 jewels. The openworked dial displays hours and minutes. The regulating cage has an X-shaped construction. The lugs have a tessellated geometric construction. A platinum micro-rotor is visible from the front at 12 o'clock.
